We offer a flat rate of $10 on all orders under $75. Any order $75.01 and over receives free standard shipping. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for each individual order. We are currently using FedEx. Your order total will display the flat rate you pay if your order did not qualify for free shipping
If an order was placed after 3:30pm ET on Friday, or over a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. This is on our wish list. If you would like an item to be expedited please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the best method with a sales associate. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any shipping charges on expedited orders.
Products usually leave our facility within 1-3 days. Once they have left our facility, please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery from the carrier. These ship times are not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. We do our very best to get your items to you as fast as possible.
Orders usually arrive within a one-two week time frame. However, if an item needs to be reordered from the manufacturer, shipping times may be extended slightly. If this is the case, or the item you ordered becomes backordered, you will receive an email or phone call confirming that you would still like to receive that item. No extra shipping charges will apply to you.
You may receive a shipment directly from our suppliers. The package slip numbers and other information may not match with your original invoice (don’t panic). You can email us with any questions or concerns at email@example.com.
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple shipments because of varying availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.
We currently only ship within the Contiguous U.S. (If you are in Alaska or Hawaii you must call to place an order as an additional shipping charge must be assessed. If you place an order through the website, it will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.)
An order may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us firstname.lastname@example.org; shipment confirmations are sent via email soon after items have shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. An item may be returned for credit (see returns section). All Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if the order is suspected to be fraudulent under any circumstance.
Because we are growing our online presence, and have limited stocking space, your items may arrive in a package that was not its original. We do not sell used goods, and the packaging may be different because we do not have space to store all boxes.
